Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in NestJS, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and MongoDB. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React and Angular. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals. Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, and cloud services. Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality applications that meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and implement new features. Develop and optimize efficient data structures and algorithms to solve complex technical challenges. Manage and manipulate data using databases like MongoDB, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Implement and maintain event-driven distributed systems, leveraging tools such as Kafka. Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to deployment and maintenance. Continuously improve technical skills and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
