We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack Developer to join our growing team at Benchmark IT Solution. This role involves developing and maintaining web applications using Node.js and React.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the backend and frontend of scalable applications, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and quality in our solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Node.js for backend development and React.js for frontend. Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications. Ensure code quality through best practices, including writing unit and integration tests. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers. Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and suggest improvements to processes and architecture. Requirements

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express or NestJS. Proficiency in React.js and frontend development with modern JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, etc. Experience with RESTful API design and development. Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git. Good understanding of AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
