**Position Overview**
As a Home Health LPN at Holy Cross Home Care & Hospice you’ll provide skilled nursing care to the organization’s clients in accordance with the plan of care as prescribed by the physician and assigned by the supervising registered nurse.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ **A minimum of one (1) year of experience of home care or home health LPN Experience**
+ **Licensure as an LPN in the State of Maryland**
+ **Bi-lingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.**
+ Graduate of an accredited or state approved school of practical nursing
+ Phlebotomy and wound care experience required.
+ Must have passed National Association Practical Nurse Exam (NAPNES) or equivalent medication exam before administering medications.
+ Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with clients and their families as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates and supervisors.
+ Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
