Are you passionate about early childhood education and love working with toddlers? We're seeking a Floating Teacher who will bring energy, flexibility, and creativity to our classrooms for 2-3-year-olds. In this role, you'll support our teaching staff by assisting in various classrooms, ensuring consistency, and fostering a safe and nurturing environment for our little learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide engaging and age-appropriate activities that align with developmental milestones for 2-3-year-olds. Adapt seamlessly to support lead and assistant teachers in different classrooms. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized learning environment. Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members. Support the implementation of lesson plans and daily routines. Assist with diapering, toileting, and transitions to help maintain a smooth flow of the day. What We're Looking For:
A love for working with toddlers and understanding of their developmental needs. Previous experience in early childhood education or a related field (preferred). Flexibility to adapt to the needs of different classrooms and schedules. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain). Why Join Us?
