Job Summary:           

The Maintenance Department is currently seeking an experienced Fiberglass Technician. This position falls under our agreement with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO, District Lodge No. 947 and would be subject to the terms of the contract.

Responsibilities:

Job Duties Include:

Hand laminating, working a chopper gun, and rolling out fiberglass materials.Vacuum forms and bonds plastics such as ABS, kydex, polycarb and plex.Ability to grind fiberglass with power hand tools both in shop and on Rides.Removing and repairing various materials and surfaces.  Such as, install various seatbelts and change out upholstery.Fabricating parts from polyester resin and urethane foam.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess:

Ability to prepare a pattern and pull a tool or a part.Ability to assemble and install fabricated parts.Basic knowledge of plastic materials, adhesive and fasteners.Four year experience in fiberglass assembly and polyester resin/hand laminating.Good mechanical skills
