Anticipating needs before they arise and reporting them faster than a speeding bullet!

Be the resident's personal fairy godparent, granting wishes for personal care needs and ADLs with a wave of your magic wand (or, you know, your helping hands)!Transform into a grooming guru, helping residents look and feel fabulous with assistance in bathing, dressing, and meals. Remember, every resident is a VIP on your red carpet of care!Channel your inner Sherlock Holmes to anticipate and identify resident care needs. No detail is too small for your magnifying glass of attentiveness!Become a master of multitasking, juggling resident care, family communication, and teamwork like a circus performer (minus the unicycle, unless you're into that).Be the guardian angel of safety, watching over residents with the eyes of a hawk and the heart of a teddy bear.Transform into the Medication Maestro, orchestrating a perfect symphony of "right resident, right dose, right time, right medication, right route." Basic Qualifications & Experience
Per the state of operation requirements, Medication certification; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse DelegationMust be able to read, write and speak the English language.High school or Equivalent (GED)One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferredProficient computer skills preferredStrong self-management and organization skillsStrong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to handle competing deadlines, flexible and adaptable (Open to change).Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentialityWorking Conditions / Physical Requirements
Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.Constant standing, walking, and grasping.
