Emergency Department (ED) is a level I trauma center serving the Boston metropolitan area. Each year nearly 55,000 patients are treated in the Emergency Department. Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to meet the needs of a high-volume, acutely injured or ill patient population.Job Description:
Performs multiple clinical responsibilities in coordination with a team of healthcare providers to expedite the flow of patients through the department and provide the best experience and care for patients.

Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required. Vocational or Technical training preferred in EMT or ParamedicCertificate 1 required: Basic Life Support, and Certificate 2 preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support1-3 years related work experience required.Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.Preferred Qualifications:
EMT, Paramedic, Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant training. Emergency Department experience.Nursing student with completion of one clinical rotation or other direct patient care experienceOne or more years of college education in associated medical fieldCompetencies:
