The Recruiter works in collaboration with the Human Resources team and Holland Hospital leadership to facilitate the full cycle of sourcing, recruitment and orientation in support of a Superior Workforce.This position will have a specialized focus on recruiting Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and other senior-level clinical professionals, ensuring Holland Hospital continues to attract and retain top talent for critical patient care roles.
In addition, the Recruiter will coordinate student assignments and clinical rotations, serving as a liaison between Holland Hospital, academic partners, and students. By maintaining strong relationships with schools and programs, the Recruiter will support the development of a strong pipeline of future healthcare professionals.
Working in collaboration with the Marketing team, the Recruiter will provide timely recommendations for advertising, network with high schools, colleges, and universities, and develop community relations initiatives that strengthen Holland Hospital’s presence and reputation as an employer of choice.
Employment Type: Full Time, 80 hours every 2 weeks, Onsite
Requirements: 3–5 years' experience in full-cycle healthcare recruiting required, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required, Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships at all organizational levels required, Strong networking relationships with local schools, colleges, and professional associations preferred.

Reviews and posts hiring requisitions from managers in a timely manner.Reviews and screens applications, makes selections to interview based on job description criteria, schedules interviews, conducts initial interviews with applicants, coordinates leadership interviews with applicants, makes offers, coordinates background checks, reference checks and post offer processes, and schedules for NEO with appropriate follow-up.Specializes in the recruitment of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and other senior-level clinical professionals, ensuring a consistent pipeline of highly qualified candidates for key patient care roles.Understands various different employment processes and follows any procedures and internal policies when recruiting candidates. Trains and mentors hospital leadership on the same.Works with leadership and contractor vendors to ensure that all individuals meet minimum standards.Initiates workforce planning and identifies alternative recruitment / staffing approaches.Creates strategies to ensure the timely recruitment, hiring, and promotion of qualified, diverse employees.Marketing and Networking
Coordinates and manages clinical rotations and student assignments in collaboration with schools, ensuring a positive and organized experience.Interacts with other organizations to assess strategies being used for recruiting and makes recommendations regarding policy, pay, and benefits to remain competitive in the market.Develops and maintains strong community relations initiatives to strengthen Holland Hospital’s presence and reputation as an employer of choice.Works in collaboration with local colleges and universities to communicate areas of need for both present and future staffing needs.Coordinates and participates in employment events for the community.Assists Marketing to guide recruitment-specific social media content.Technical
