Competitive pay: $16–$19/hour Start immediately with flexible scheduling Referral Bonus: Earn $150 for every hired employee you refer Holiday & Overtime Pay at time and a half No short shifts. all shifts are a minimum of 4 hours Complimentary Certified Caregiver Training Earn $25 gift cards for every 5-star client review Consistent recognition and appreciation for your hard work Opportunities to grow into leadership or specialty care roles A positive, respectful, and supportive workplace culture What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude, compassionate heart, and strong sense of responsibility Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Physically able to lift/push/pull 35 lbs and assist with mobility At least 1 year of experience in home care or a care facility Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Your Responsibilities: Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, etc.) Help with mobility and safe transfers Provide medication reminders Support clients in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life Ready to Make a Difference?If you're looking for more than just a job and want to join a company that truly values and supports caregivers, Apply today.
