With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise in various technologies to enhance system functionalities and ensure seamless integration. The role demands travel as required contributing to the company’s growth and societal impact by optimizing hotel operations. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture to enhance hotel management systems. + Oversee the integration of REST Web Services to ensure seamless communication between different modules and external systems. + Provide technical expertise in Core Java and J2EE to optimize application performance and reliability. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions using PL/SQL and mySQL for efficient data management. + Utilize Postman for API testing and validation to ensure robust and error-free service delivery. + Implement monitoring solutions using Splunk to proactively identify and resolve system issues. + Manage version control and code repository using GIT to maintain code integrity and facilitate team collaboration. + Ensure the deployment and configuration of applications on Tomcat servers for optimal performance. + Drive the adoption of Spring MVC and Spring Core frameworks to streamline development processes. + Facilitate the use of Java Message Service for reliable messaging and communication between distributed systems. + Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices to maintain high-quality software solutions. **Basic Qualifications** + Possess strong expertise in Postman, Splunk, Spring MVC, GIT, Java Message Service, MySQL, Tomcat, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Core, REST Web Services, Core Java, PL/SQL, PHP, React JS, Microsoft SSIS, JDBC, .NET Core, Apigee, Google Cloud Platform, Power BI, Tableau, Log Analytics, and ITSM. + Demonstrate extensive experience in the hotel domain understanding the unique challenges and requirements. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. + Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within the specified experience range. + Show adaptability to travel as required to support project needs and stakeholder engagements. + Maintain a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies to enhance system capabilities. + Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
