This team has a solid foundation of long-tenured developers and is ready for fresh energy and new perspectives. We need tech leaders who are ready to challenge the status quo, influence change, and drive modernization efforts-without alienating the team. Summary: This is not a traditional "hands-on every day" development role. Instead, we're looking for seasoned engineers who can guide, mentor, and lead by example, stepping in technically when the moment demands. You'll act as a change agent, helping evolve processes, introduce engineering best practices, and ensure the team is building scalable, modern solutions.
