We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to guide a talented, cross-functional team based in Hungary. If you’re passionate about technology, leadership, and driving innovation — we’d love to meet you. 

 

 What You’ll Do: 

 

Lead & Mentor: Support, coach, and inspire your development team.

Own the Tech: Guide architectural decisions and hands-on development across front and backend (Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Python).

Adapt & Evolve: Quickly learn new domains and technologies as business needs change.

Drive Agile Excellence: Lead Scrum ceremonies and keep delivery on track.

Collaborate Broadly: Work with Product, Design, QA, and stakeholders to build scalable, user-centric solutions. 

 

What You Bring: 

 

Proven experience leading software teams in agile environments

Hands-on full-stack development skills (Java, Node.js, Python, React, Angular, UI5)

Strong architectural mindset and clean coding practices

Excellent communication skills in English

Passion for learning, mentoring, and growing others 

 

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and both SQL & NoSQL databases.
