As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll work on the cutting edge of cloud & AI technology as you scope and lead complex technical projects, laying the groundwork for early-stage products to iterate and scale. You’ll help to design, build, and maintain user-facing experiences, APIs, scalable distributed services, and systems – driving software engineering best practices and delivering high quality software on tight schedules.

**Job Description**
**Roles & Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to build full stack software solutions that address business needs.
+ Design and implement software features across the stack, including frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data layers.
+ Translate product and technical requirements into well-structured, maintainable code with guidance from senior engineers.
+ Take ownership of moderately complex components and contribute to system design discussions.
+ Participate in code reviews, share feedback, and learn from peers to improve code quality and engineering practices.
+ Build, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
+ Follow software engineering best practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
+ Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
+ 2 years of professional software development experience, including full stack development.
+ Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
+ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
+ Ability to work independently on well-defined tasks and collaborate effectively within a team.
**Desired Qualifications**
+ 4+ years of experience including exposure to containerized applications, serverless functions, and event-driven architectures.
+ Experience contributing to the design and implementation of scalable systems.
+ Familiarity with big data systems, analytics platforms, or data pipelines.
+ Experience supporting production deployments and troubleshooting live systems.
+ Understanding of Agile development practices and experience working in iterative environments.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and growth.
+ Good communication skills and ability to document and explain technical decisions.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $88,320.00-$132,480.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
