_We’re looking for a_ **_Full-stack Software Engineer_** _to join our Information Systems team at MBPS. In this role, you will play a key, dynamic role in modernizing our customer interactions, helping to integrate analytics, business intelligence and AI into our decisions while providing actionable insights to stakeholders across the business._ _Have the skills and experience for the job? Learn more about it below!_ **Position Responsibilities:** + Create/Develop applications supporting US operations + Provide application support and Assist the US operations + Adoption of US segment code scanning capabilities and of the DevSecOps pipeline + Develop or acquire targeted training for development teams in secure coding and other security practices **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related course + Engineering platforms and Business teams + Proficiency with .net, C#, nodes js, react, java, javascript, Angular JS, MS bot framework. Microsoft Azure + Ability to manage, prioritize multiple work streams in a time sensitive environment + Strategic thinker focused on digital enhancements, AI, machine learning, and the customer + **_Amenable to work UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)_** + **_Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)_** + **_Amenable to work in any shift schedule assigned (night shift; but flexible depending on business need)_** **Preferred Qualifications:** + Effective English verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences + Can translate a more complex technical problem into business terms + Strong application development/programming skills + Solution design mindset - Ability to constructively challenge business requirements, technical requirements and any other direction that is received, to ensure we are building the BEST solution + Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, OCR, and transformer models (e.g., BERT, LayoutLM). + Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers. + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
