Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Vehicle Software Systems Engineering (VSSE) team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join a dynamic and innovative group. VSSE provides software solutions to Product Development (PD) users and plays a critical role in supporting vehicle cybersecurity and manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain software applications that support the end-to-end lifecycle of security keys and digital certificates used across Ford’s manufacturing plants, suppliers, and service teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient software updates to Electronic Control Units (ECUs). • Contribute to the development of the Vehicle Cybersecurity Access application, a business-critical tool that helps prevent costly manufacturing disruptions. • Embrace and apply Lean, Agile, Pair Programming, and Extreme Programming (XP) practices to deliver high-quality software solutions. Work in small, co-located, multi-functional teams based in Dearborn, MI. $58/hr to $68/hr : Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
