Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack ServiceNow Platform Developer with expertise in Agentic AI to build, extend, and optimize enterprise-wide ServiceNow applications. This role involves architecting and developing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, integrating AI-driven intelligence, and enhancing automation across business workflows. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development, full stack engineering, integrations, and building intelligent, enterprise-scale applications.

You will play a key role in driving platform-wide enhancements, integrations, and technical innovation that align technology with business outcomes.Architect, design, and build enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform using modern development practicesBe the trusted expert for ServiceNow development and troubleshooting, resolving issues and delivering scalable outcomesCollaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into scalable digital workflows and applicationsEnhance platform usability with modern UI frameworks, advanced scripting, and performance tuningIntegrate AI/ML models, RPA, and decision intelligence capabilities into ServiceNow custom apps and workflowsDevelop and manage APIs, external integrations, and data exchange between ServiceNow and enterprise systemsProvide technical leadership in platform enhancements, advanced configurations, and solution optimizationEvaluate new ServiceNow features, integrations, and technologies to guide platform evolution
 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

6+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform/application development and full stack software engineeringStrong experience in building custom scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio and App EngineAdvanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI ActionsFamiliarity with ServiceNow products such as App Engine, Automation Engine, Virtual Agent, and Integration HubExperience with Angular, React, or other modern frontend frameworks to design intuitive user interfacesProven ability to integrate Agentic AI for automated workflows, data-driven decision-making, and orchestrationStrong foundation in algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and system performance optimizationHands-on skills in REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth, and microservices-based integration with external AI/ML modelsBackend development knowledge with Python, Django, or Node.js is an added advantageServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications required; CIS-ITSM, and CTA certifications preferredExperience with Azure OpenAI, NLP frameworks, predictive intelligence, and RPA tools is a plusDeep understanding of enterprise workflows, data modelling, and platform governance/security best practices
