About the Role

Full Stack Salesforce Developer is a member of the Salesforce Center of Excellence team and responsible for leading development effort, the overall development and translating solution architecture into deep code-level technical design, configuration and customization of applications within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and business requirements. Acts as source of knowledge and expertise for less experienced team members and may lead smaller projects and proof of concepts as individual fully responsible for outcome. Cooperates with Solution Architect to understand business needs, proposed technical design and perform implementation complex features. This position will be based out of Poland.

What You Will Do

Work with business analyst and solution architect to understand business needsImplement and manage salesforce.com enhancements to support business needsImplement most complex application modulesDevelop and maintain integrations to 3rd party solutions and web API integrationPropose detailed technical solutions based on technical requirementsSupport Salesforce Technical/Solution Architect in day-to-day Center of Excellence tasks and preparing technical documentationAnalyze current implementation and perform reverse engineeringParticipate in the creation of standards and best practicesParticipate in technical specification creationParticipate in platform monitoringProactively ask questions and propose solutionsFollow Salesforce.com trends.Implement proof-of-concepts and prototypes when asked and lead implementationFollow innovative solutions to propose best implementation approachWork for and with team members and stakeholders across the globeWork across various functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and Customer ServiceMaintain Salesforce certifications

What You Need to Be Successful

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in Cloud technologies, independent, accountable and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Additional qualifications are:

At least 6 years of professional experienceAt least 4 years of experience in Salesforce.com technology at an enterprise levelAt least 4 years of experience in one of Object-Oriented programming languages (Java, C#, OO PHP)B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent preferredAdvanced experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development (sharing model, security model, access management)Deep understanding of SFDC Apex, Lightning Web Components, SQL/SOQL, XML, HTML, SOAP and REST techniquesDeep understanding of Salesforce Approval Process moduleGood understanding of Salesforce Einstein BotsVery good knowledge of Salesforce limits and transaction lifecycleVery good communication skillsAbility to understand technical requirements and convert them into detailed technical solutionGood knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud out of the box featuresFluent English

Bonus Points if You Have

Advanced experience in Web Service development (SOAP and REST)Advanced experience with JavaScript and jQuery developmentExperience in CTI solutions for Salesforce (preferred Amazon Connect)Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) toolsExperience in Sales Cloud out of the box featuresExperience in various integrations architectures (P2P, Hub-and-Spoke, ESB, CDC, Pub-Sub)Some experience in Azure or AWS cloudsBe able to read and understand UML and BPLM diagramsSalesforce certification preferredShould have participated in, and be familiar with, SDLC and Agile (Scrum) project methodologiesMust maintain professional knowledge and relationships with the Salesforce ecosystemAdvanced experience in RDBVery good understanding of MVC pattern
