About the team

The Remediation Experience team’s mission is to make it fast and easy for Stripe users to stay enabled, while maintaining our high standards of regulatory compliance. The global regulatory landscape is changing rapidly, and our team has to adapt quickly to ensure Stripe’s users can stay compliant without interruption to their business. 

What you’ll do

You’ll build full stack features that make it fast and easy for Stripe users to create their accounts, get their accounts approved to process live mode payments, and keep their accounts enabled over time as requirements change.

This role in particular will focus on building verification flows that helps existing Stripe users to keep running their business without interruption. 

As a full stack engineer you will have the opportunity to work directly on some of the UI surfaces our merchants interact with the most, such as the Stripe Dashboard. You will also work across the stack: building APIs and services so that we can deliver our experiences scalable and wherever they are needed, and partnering with engineers to ensure our verifications are highly effective.

Responsibilities Build delightful features in Stripe’s onboarding flows. You’ll build some on top of existing work, and others you’ll build from the ground up. Own execution of those features end to end, and get deep into the details of product, policy, and design. Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the many codebases and processes you will encounter. Work on the Stripe Dashboard for merchants. Design, build, expand and maintain Front End Code, APIs and services Who you are
