We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from. **What you'll do:** + Analyze application performance data to identify CPU, memory, and resource allocation inefficiencies and suggest improvements. + Implement right-sizing, autoscaling, and efficient resource requests/limits. + Recommend architectural or configuration changes to improve system stability. + Build and maintain automation scripts for cleanup tasks, scaling policies, and resource optimization. + Develop and implement strategies to optimize services, including application and infrastructure tuning. + Perform code reviews, unit testing, and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives. + Keep up with emerging technologies and advocate for continuous improvements in the development process. + Design and implement Java-based back-end services using Spring Boot and integrate them with SAP HANA for data processing and analytics. + Build and maintain RESTful APIs, and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end components. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following OOP and design best practices. + Work on CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments using tools like Jenkins, Docker, Gradle, or Mave **What you bring:** + Strong understanding of application architecture, cloud environments, and system performance tuning. + Understanding of containerization and microservices architecture. + Experience working in large-scale, multi-tenant environments. + Experience in a cloud-native environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP). + Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive performance management. + · Strong collaboration skills, able to work across multiple teams (development, operations, and cloud teams). + Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) is a plus. + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. + CI/CD experience using tools like **Jenkins** , **Git** , **Docker** , **Maven** ,or **Gradle.** + Solid understanding of **version control systems** , particularly **Git** . + 3 years of experience in **Java** development with **Spring Boot** **Meet your team:** Our product (SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management) is one of the best incentive compensation management products on the market, and it is being used by some of the largest companies in the world.
