The Work You'll Do: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team onsite in Chantilly, VA. This role is critical to delivering secure, mission-focused solutions for our federal clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, a passion for secure coding, and a commitment to excellence in a classified environment. + Design, develop, test, and deploy secure web applications using Java, JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React), REST APIs, and related technologies. + Implement front-end and back-end components to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. + Integrate applications with existing government systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. + Adhere to federal security standards and client-specific requirements in all development activities. + Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a secure, classified environment. + Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer within the team. Required Qualifications + Bachelor's degree + 3+ years of experience in full stack development, with strong proficiency in Java and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or similar). + Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and secure coding practices. + Demonstrated experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP) techniques and principle. + Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development environments. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, classified setting. + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. + Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required. + Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA. Preferred Qualifications + Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. + Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) in a secure context. + Advanced certifications in Java, security, or cloud technologies. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 to $208,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
