Full Stack Developer

Position Summary:

The Full Stack Developer (Back-end focused) is responsible for the successful design and implementation of various back-end systems, including ETLs, data transformation processes, and data modeling in the context of business solutions. These systems and/or data will be a critical part of daily operations across the Global Contact Centers. The candidate will also be responsible for gathering data needed by various business units, which will play a major role in the decision-making processes for various departments.

While this position primarily concentrates on data and backend-related work, the candidate should also be comfortable working on frontend tasks based on specific requests or projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and implement ETL processes for data analysis. Work closely with existing database packages/procedures and convert them into new back-end processes. Work closely with legacy web applications and convert business logic into back-end processes. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems and information structures. Responsible for the maintenance and documentation of systems.

Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in the field or a related area. Development experience in web-based languages and databases.

Knowledge & Skills:

Experience with Python is required. Experience with Databricks is a plus. Experience with PHP is a plus. Knowledge of one or more data platforms, including MS SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Oracle, Redshift, and Couchbase. Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming. Understanding of REST API architecture. Understanding of Relational Database Management Systems. Strong business skills in addition to technical expertise are required. A collaborative, team-oriented approach and an analytical mindset.
