We’re seeking someone to join our AI Platforms team as a Full-Stack Developer delivering projects and products as a hands-on technical role in the execution of multiple strategic initiatives.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Full-stack developer position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What you'll do in the role:
You’ll be helping our business partners through demos and PoCs to show what is possible – along with larger projects to showcase what is possible and help to bring alive the LLM and AI driven solutions, integrate with platforms and move rapidly to drive value.
We are looking for someone to compliment team with more frontend skills – but you are expected to work and deliver on range of full stack tasks.
What you'll bring to the role:
Hands-on development using Java, Spring and Python – preferably on large platform development
Experience of working on any UI technologies like Jquery, Angular or React.
Experience developing and integrating with microservices web apps REST APIs
Knowledge of Shell Scripting
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Should have good design and data structure knowledge.
Strong debugging skills
Working experience in an integrated development environment (Git, CI/CD, etc)
Candidate should be able to follow development practices and often refactor code to reduce technical debt by creating reusable components & templates that meet standards and business needs.
Should work in team or as individual contributor to work in an Agile project.
Nice to have skills:
ML/LLM related development knowledge is a huge plus
Coordinate with global counterparts for development activities.
Good interpersonal skills, having positive approach and team player.
Challenge and suggest requirements, enhancements to the platform
Good prioritization and time management in a fast paced environment.
Proven application delivery track record.
Ability to provide solutions to a tight deadline and customer focus mind-set
