Education:
University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science (or a related field) with minimum 2 years of real-world experience.Technical Skills Required:
Proficiency in Python.Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.Experience with MSSQL and SQL Server Management Studio.Experience with Docker and ContainerAssets (Preferred but Not Required):

Application Development & Support:
Program and develop tools utilizing Ignition software.Handle the day-to-day analysis, design, implementation, testing, and integration of internal applications.Learn, understand, and support various applications used within the plant.Work closely with internal teams to advise on best practices for application development, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.Set development standards for languages, design, tools, procedures, and documentation in collaboration with Cosma.Focus on continuous improvement of plant applications and databases.Review and analyze multiple data sources to deliver actionable insights to the management team.Work with various software tools to support the information needs of the plant.Project & User Support:
Manage projects to ensure development timelines are met and stakeholders are informed of progress.Train and support users on new applications, system changes, and upgrades.Recommend external training resources and coordinate effective training schedules.Provide on-call support for urgent work-related issues requiring immediate attention.System Reliability & Coordination:
Ensure system reliability through effective use of redundancy, backups, and security protocols.Coordinate with Cosma/Magna IT groups as needed to ensure alignment and support.Compliance & Company Policies:

RESPONSIBILITY AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Under the general direction of the IT Manager, the Full Stack Developer works independently and confers regularly with division, corporate, contractors, customer, and suppliers. The Full Stack Developer must carry a cell phone/smart phone at all times to provide support in case of a work-related emergency that could require either remote connectivity or returning to the plant.
Some travel and overtime may be required to meet customer expectations. The incumbent requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and some of the information in-process can be considered confidential.
The Full Stack Developer works in an office environment but maybe exposed to some elements such as temperature and noise during time spent in the plant.
