Full Stack Architect (Node.js & React)
**About the job you’re considering** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Architect with deep expertise in Node.js and React to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring best practices across the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities will be to create the architecture for a desktop app and to oversee the development in terms of being the onshore contact representing an offshore development team. **Your role** • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack architectures. • Lead the development of web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend). • Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices. • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality. • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve development efficiency. • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). • Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability. **Your skills and experience** • 8 years of professional experience in software development. • 3 years in an architectural or technical leadership role. • Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and React.js. • Experience with modern frontend technologies (e.g., Redux, TypeScript, Webpack). • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. • Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching strategies, and data modeling. • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and testing frameworks. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. • Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven systems. • Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog). • Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs. \#LI-MS4 #LI-ONSITE **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
