Full-Cycle Recruitment Consultant

We’re part of an international recruitment network, and at our Cluj office, we deliver high-end recruitment solutions for companies in industries like B2B, SaaS, manufacturing, and professional services. We’re looking for a colleague who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes – from understanding the client’s needs to the moment the right candidate finds their place in a team where they can grow.

What you’ll do:

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with autonomy and ownership. Work directly with local and international clients, offering tailored consulting and recruitment strategies. Identify and attract top talent, with a strong focus on real candidate–role alignment. Contribute to building high-performing teams for our clients, while strengthening long-term partnerships.

 

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment is preferred,  ideally in international environments or 360 roles. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, in both Romanian and English. Analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset. Enthusiasm, initiative, and a desire to grow within a small, energetic, and collaborative team with a growth mindset.
