Salary: $85,000 to $110,000 We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the complete accounting cycle for various entities and bank accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting other departments as needed. Job Responsibilities: + Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable + Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts + Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the trial balance + Monitor and report on cash flows + Generate accurate financial statements for multiple entities + Prepare source documents and schedules for corporate tax returns + Process corporate year-end closing activities + Maintain and organize a comprehensive filing system + Prepare detailed schedules for internal and external reporting + Communicate effectively with managers and vendors + Assist other departments with financial data and reporting as needed Basic Hiring Criteria: + Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent + Bookkeeping certification (required) + Experience within the Entertainment Field a plus + Proven experience managing multi-entity bookkeeping + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and complex formulas + Excellent attention to detail and time management skills + Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity + Confidentiality is required for this role + 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience + Prefer coming from entertainment industry Desired Qualifications: + Experience with accounting software i.e Zenith , QuickBooks + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines Benefits offered vary by contract.
