Full Charge Bookkeeper
Description We are looking for a part-time Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a long-term contract position offering consistent responsibilities and the opportunity to manage the books for a small practice and personal finances. The ideal Bookkeeper will be able to work 8am - 4pm 2 days week, be very familiar with QuickBooks online, have great attention to detail and willing to work closely with the owner and the family. The ideal candidate will be thorough, reliable, and skilled at handling various bookkeeping functions with precision and flexible. Responsibilities for the part-time Full Charge Bookkeeper: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented. • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss reports, to support decision-making. • Manage billing for consulting services and oversee expense payments. • Utilize QuickBooks Online to track and organize financial data. • Handle general ledger entries and ensure timely updates. • Monitor and process recurring payments such as mortgage, car payments, and utilities. • Collaborate with external tax professionals by providing QuickBooks files and financial data. • Ensure compliance with medical license renewals and other essential obligations. • Adapt to client preferences and maintain flexibility in accordance with their unique needs. Requirements • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Experience in preparing financial reports and statements. • Ability to manage billing processes and expense tracking. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Reliability, punctuality, and adaptability to client-specific workflows. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
