As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and support our leadership team. Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), payroll, and bank reconciliations. Oversee general ledger, journal entries, and month-end/year-end close processes. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules. Handle vendor management, billing, collections, and payment processing. Process payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with federal and state payroll requirements. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and maintain accurate cash flow records. Collaborate with company leadership on budgets, forecasting, and expense control. Work with external CPA for tax filings, audits, and compliance needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with GAAP. Requirements Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role (3+ years preferred). Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online required. Solid understanding of accounting principles, payroll, and financial reporting. Experience working in a small business or construction/electrical industry environment a plus. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
