Description We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Brandon, Florida. Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision. • Import and manage sales data within QuickBooks Enterprise for accurate financial reporting. • Ensure proper coding and categorization of invoices to maintain organized records. • Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial transactions. • Match purchase orders to invoices and maintain documentation for auditing purposes. • Handle customer payments and post them to QuickBooks efficiently. • Execute check runs and oversee the mailing of payments to vendors. • Sort and file paper bills, checks, and invoices systematically. • Extract and analyze electronic data reports to ensure payment accuracy. • Manage office supply procurement and inventory to support daily operations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years' experience in bookkeeping or a related role (training available for candidates with potential). • Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise is required. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively within a small team. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in financial records. • Willingness to adapt and learn new processes as needed.
