Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, 46206, United States. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be tasked with maintaining meticulous financial records, reconciling bank accounts, and processing payroll. You will also be responsible for analyzing account information and assisting with the annual audit. Responsibilities: • Accurately reconcile all bank accounts • Respond to accounting and financial inquiries by researching and interpreting data • Conduct reviews of all travel expense reports • Prepare comprehensive financial statements • Reconcile accounts as needed and assist associates with detailed information • Provide support to staff with budget to actual analysis • Keep orderly and up-to-date accounting, missionary, and miscellaneous files and records, including those of a confidential nature • Keep track of storage files and purge files in accordance with the retention policy • Assist in processing and reconciling payroll • Collaborate in preparations for the annual audit • Prepare 1099s as required • Undertake any other duties as assigned Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services • Knowledge of Computerized Accounting Systems • Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions • Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) • Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) • Capable of preparing an Annual Budget • Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
