As a Full Charge Bookkeeper your responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Oversee AR collections, including direct communication with clients to ensure timely payments. • Utilize QuickBooks to manage daily accounting tasks and produce financial reports. • Collaborate with team members to administer payroll and employee benefits when required. • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses to support business decision-making. • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures. • Work with external auditors or tax professionals during annual reviews or tax filings. • Provide support in implementing or transitioning to financial systems such as Sage or NetSuite. • Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information at all times. Requirements The ideal Full charge Bookkeeper candidate will have: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within small to midsize businesses. • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable collections, including client outreach. • Familiarity with payroll processes and employee benefits administration is a plus. • Experience with Sage and/or NetSuite is preferred. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially for client interactions.
