Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Pico Rivera, California. This is an onsite position offering the opportunity to contribute to various accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background and be proficient in utilizing specialized software tools. Responsibilities: • Oversee accounts receivable processes, including payment collection and invoice management. • Manage accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely payment of invoices such as FedEx, lease agreements, and utilities. • Process payroll using Paychex, and input payroll data into Sage 50 software. • Prepare journal entries and conduct month-end closing activities, including account reconciliation. • Handle tax-related activities and ensure compliance with regulations. • Utilize Sage 50 Manufacturing software to support accounting operations. • Process commissions, including calculating product bookings and handling overages. • Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate financial records and reporting. • Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting activities. • Perform general accounting tasks to support the company’s financial goals. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. • Proficiency in Sage 50 Manufacturing and Paychex software. • Strong knowledge of tax preparation and reconciliation processes. • Familiarity with computerized accounting systems and tools, including Microsoft Excel. • Ability to manage payroll processes efficiently and accurately. • Experience with commission calculations and financial reporting. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Pico Rivera, California.
