Description We are looking for a highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a long-term Part Time contract basis in Pittsburg, California. In this role, you will oversee and manage the full spectrum of bookkeeping responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance and accurate journal entries. • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions to ensure financial accuracy. • Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Handle the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. • Utilize accounting software systems, including NetSuite, to track and manage financial data effectively. • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets to support financial planning. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making. • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audits and reporting purposes. Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role. • Proficiency in accounting software systems, with a strong preference for NetSuite. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis. • Expertise in performing bank and credit card reconciliations. • Strong understanding of journal entries and general ledger management. • Experience with month-end close processes and preparation of financial statements. • Ability to develop and monitor annual budgets. • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
