Description
We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our client's team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will manage critical financial operations, oversee inventory processes, and ensure accurate reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in bookkeeping within product-driven industries and expertise in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions while maintaining accurate reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including profit-and-loss reports, and conduct detailed financial analyses.
• Manage inventory processes in QuickBooks Enterprise, including tracking parent sheet purchases and overseeing repackaging
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory records for products handled internally and maintain proper documentation.
• Create and finalize sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory receipts to support resale operations.
• Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and free up the sales team to focus on core tasks.
• Provide backup support for daily bookkeeping and reconciliation duties as needed.
• Collaborate with staff on inventory management and other tasks to ensure smooth transitions and operational continuity.

Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, particularly in inventory management.
• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper within product-driven businesses.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and sales order processing.
• Ability to prepare accurate financial statements and conduct detailed profit-and-loss analyses.
• Familiarity with cost of goods sold (COGS) and accrual accounting principles.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing financial operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
