Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. This position offers the opportunity to manage a wide range of financial operations while contributing to the success of a dynamic legal industry environment. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in accounting, financial management, and compliance to this critical role. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage comprehensive accounting operations, ensuring accuracy across financial systems and processes. • Prepare detailed financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports for multiple entities. • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate record maintenance. • Process payroll for all entities, including tax filings and compliance with labor regulations. • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a regular basis to maintain up-to-date financial records. • Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasts, offering insights to support strategic planning. • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to enhance profitability and improve operational efficiency. • Ensure that all financial activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting is required. • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity. • Proficiency in using accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel. • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes. • Proven experience in account reconciliation and monthly bank reconciliation. • Ability to assist with annual budget preparation and financial forecasting. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
