Description We are looking for a highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This is a Contract-to-permanent position that requires a meticulous individual who can handle comprehensive bookkeeping tasks and provide insightful financial analysis for our diverse clientele. The role offers a blend of in-office training and the potential for partial remote work after the initial onboarding period.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records using QuickBooks Online and other accounting software systems.
• Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements, ensuring clients understand their financial position and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to identify cost-saving measures and strategies for reducing liability while planning for year-end financial goals.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently to ensure timely transactions.
• Conduct cash flow analysis and provide actionable insights to enhance financial stability.
• Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and understanding annual financial requirements.
• Transition clients from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online as needed, ensuring a smooth migration process.
• Stay organized while handling multiple client accounts across various industries.
• Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality financial services tailored to client needs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role, with strong expertise in QuickBooks Online.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and provide meaningful insights.
• Solid understanding of accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in computerized accounting systems and tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with cash flow analysis and annual budget preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to both in-office and remote work settings as needed.
