Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage financial operations independently, oversee key accounting processes, and contribute to the growth of the business. Responsibilities: • Manage month-end financial processes, including bank statement reviews and reconciliations. • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations handled by the accounting clerk. • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and documentation. • Analyze cash flow and develop strategies to optimize financial performance. • Maintain and utilize accounting software systems such as QuickBooks and Excel. • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement technology solutions. • Provide guidance and training to support staff as needed. • Collaborate with leadership to address business needs and financial goals.
