Key Responsibilities + Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable. + Maintain and update general ledger. + Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time. + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. + Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies during all financial transactions. + Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in financial systems. + Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting processes. + Leverage QuickBooks Desktop to streamline bookkeeping processes. + Address and resolve accounting discrepancies promptly. + Assist in special financial projects as needed. Qualifications + Proven experience as a Bookkeeper; tech industry experience is a bonus. + Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is mandatory. + Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred). + Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software. + High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. + Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills. + Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team. + Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred (but equivalent experience will be considered).
