• These roles are :
• Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight
• Permanent Part-time, 60hrs/fortnight (Forklift Driver)
• Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight (Forklift Driver)

• This role requires availability to work Monday to Sunday 6am-10pm
• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
• To be considered for this role you must have a forklift licence or be willing to obtain one Team vision ( title) About this work area Team vision (text) As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
• Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails.
• Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
• Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
• Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
• Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse. Let's connect Who you are Let´s connect As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you have:
