Description Job Description: The Fulfillment Specialist (Tier II) is responsible for assembling payroll packages and performing tasks related to package fulfillment and distribution. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and security in the delivery process. Key Responsibilities: + Assemble payroll packages per client number for delivery. + Prepare packages to meet production timelines and quality expectations. + Complete package confirmations and checklists to track package location and ensure security. + Follow all security and audit procedures to protect sensitive client information. + Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate parties when output is missing or incorrect. + Maintain distribution equipment, including regular cleaning and basic maintenance. + Stage and replenish packaging supplies to support production readiness. Requirements Qualifications: Education: + High school diploma required. Skills & Abilities: + Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. + Basic computer skills. + Ability to multitask without compromising quality or package integrity. + Ability to stand for long periods of time.
