Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. + Analyse the quality and operation performance data, finding the opportunity for improvement + Support the production operator and quality inspector in the workshop, to help them improve the procedure and WI compliance + Perform the Quality Management System and Process Assessment, also the plant Quality Maturity Assessment, follow up the deviations actions and verify the effectiveness Desired Characteristics + Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
