A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FUEL STATION LEAD 
As a Fuel Station Lead, no one day is ever the same. Our Fuel Station Lead is there when customers pull into the station for gas and/or snacks and allows you the opportunity to display your excellent customer service skills while filling our customers’ time with engaging conversation. 

Main responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer service in accordance with company standards. Oversee day-to-day fuel station operations including ordering, inventory, cash handling, and supervising employees. Train and assign duties to other fuel station attendants. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the fuel station including restrooms, trash areas, and window cleaning. Receive and stock merchandise appropriately. Operate cash register and manage cash drawer accurately. Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and company policies. Ensure compliance with uniform and grooming standards. Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts Patience, caring, and concern in customer interactions Self-motivation and a drive to learn and share product knowledge Competencies: Leadership and supervisory capabilities Time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively Compliance with workplace conduct standards Knowledge: Basic math for pricing and making change Understanding of fuel station operations and safety standards Familiarity with company products and services Abilities: Use of cash register and handling transactions Physical ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs and perform cleaning tasks Ability to follow instructions and retain procedures Work in varying weather conditions
