Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

FUEL PRICING SPECIALIST within Fuel Accounting Europe team

About you:

You are analytical and you like to interact with people from various cultures, inside and outside the organization. You like changes and high paced work environment. You are always on the lookout for improvement of processes. You are well organized with an eye for details.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

Maintain fuel product master data as well as product cost related set ups in company’s ERP system within European Market

Ensure product cost data quality in ERP system

Monitor, investigate and solve daily pricing errors in company’s interfaces

Support users in fuel pricing product master data area

Be the Key contact for product cost setup in ERP system

Work on different projects, perform process testing.

Suggest process improvements for standardization and automation

Communicate daily with various departments within the organization and external parties

You will work in close collaboration with:

Supply & Trading Global Fuel

Finance & Control

IT & Quality Support Department

Risk Management

Analytics

Main requirements:

Higher educational level in Business Administration, Accounting, IT or related field

At least 1 years’ experience with business processes and relations to IT systems, data flow and IT integration

Experienced with relevant Microsoft business suite software and other industry programs

Knowledge of accounting systems and/or knowledge from a trading system is an advantage

Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex issues/problem

Fluency in English, both written and oral

Advanced skills in Excel and regular MS Office tools

Improvement driven and engaged team player.
