Job Summary

Be part of an international manufacturing team to industrialize the Fuel Cell Stack and MEA for vehicles.

Roles and Responsibilities

In your job you will

Participate in fuel cell related simultaneous engineering projectsParticipate in PGL workshops for new productsManufacturing process design and set up according to Bosch Production SystemLeading process-FMEA creation and maintenance for preventive quality assuranceInvestment planning, purchasing, pre/final-acceptance and release e.g. machines, toolsQuality tools and method set up and implementation in shopfloor e.g. early warning systemControl plan and work instruction creation (e.g. standard operation instruction,  safety instruction)Work instruction and quality tools & method training to shopfloor employees (e.g. setter, operator)Line/Machine cycle time definition and optimizationLine/Machine OEE tracking and improvement with PDCA systematicLeading systematical problem solving for technical and quality issue (e.g. 8D, PSS)Leading TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) in cooperation with shopfloorLeading CIP projects regarding quality, cost and delivery performanceSupport and coaching project from shopfloorLead and support implementation of engineering change requestRegularly participate IPN discussion in China or abroad and sharing of best practices in plant accordinglyOther special task

Qualifications

Qualifications Requirement

Educational background (language): 

Bachelor or master degree of Mechanical and Electrical engineeringFluent English speaking and writing skill  (German as plus)

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

Job Relevant Knowledge:  

Communication in an international teamMechanical and Electrical engineering backgroundEngineering mindset and senseComputer skill in Excel, Word and Power PointProgramming skills is a plus

Work Experience:
