Job Responsibilities : 1. Set up and manage the technical troubleshooting and fix for any
service degradation
2. Analyse the cause of the low performance of the service
3. Carry out technical troubleshooting for a fix or recommendation for a
fix
4. Partner with OEM, NOC, TOPs, App and Device teams
5. Act as single end to end owner for troubleshooting and fixing the
outage or performance degrading issues
6. Work closely with technical help desk and device teams and analyse
unknown issues leading to service degradation
7. Ensure adherence to standard operating process to achieve end
objectives
8. Control of relevant documents, Root cause analysis and records.
B.E / B. Tech / BS /M.E./ M.Tech / MS degree in any discipline
Experience Requirement :8 - 15 years
Skills & Competencies : 1. Knowledge of video technologies such as MPEG TS, HLS, DASH CMAF etc
2. Analytical Skills
3. Communication and Interpersonal skills
4. Team handling skills
5. Ownership mindset
