STARBUCKS BARISTA
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain enthusiastic customer service and awareness. Assist customers with product suggestions and special orders. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and food items according to company standards. Operate equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, ovens, and registers. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and visual appeal of the Starbucks area and equipment. Ensure proper temperatures during preparation, display, and storage. Stock, rotate, and organize inventory to ensure freshness and compliance. Perform receiving duties and maintain accurate department records. Complete daily logs, production charts, and other required paperwork. Implement promotional and seasonal displays and ensure compliance with labeling laws and company policies.We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Must comply with grooming and dress code standards May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays Good attendance is required Exposure to refrigerated conditions (around 35°F) and freezer (-20°F)

Pay transparency language:
The pay range is $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
