Position Overview: As an Educational Sign Language Interpreter, you will play a vital role in theclassroom by facilitating clear and accurate communication between students andeducators. Using American Sign Language (ASL), you’ll interpret spoken languageinto sign and vice versa, ensuring students have full access to instruction,classroom discussions, and school activities. ?? What You’ll Do: + Provide real-time ASL interpretation in classroom settings + Support students during lectures, group work, and school events + Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective communication strategies + Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment ?? What We’re Looking For: + Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) + Experience working in educational settings preferred + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Commitment to student success and accessibility ?? Compensation: $50/hour + full benefits ?? Location: Morgantown area ??
