The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within brand guidelines to create original, high-quality digital assets-primarily for web-and will help ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards. While production is a significant part of the role, the position also requires creative thinking, design problem-solving, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the evolution of digital experiences. + Should bring experience with production workflows, familiarity with financial services-industry subject matter from prior work with clients, comfort delivering on short timelines, and possesses a meticulous eye for detail. **Responsibilities:** + Create and update client marketing materials within Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. + All work should be based on an understanding of clients' brand guidelines and design requirements. + Utilize industry best practices to help support all design decisions. + Supervise junior designers in the execution of digital production work, ensuring high-quality output. + Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries as needed. + Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility standards and responsive design best practices. + Work under the supervision of an agency Creative Director. + Communicate with Project Managers Developers, and Proofreaders/QA team members to implement further revisions as needed during internal review. + As needed, interface directly with clients to help clarify requirements, discuss revisions, and defend design decisions. **Qualifications:** + Must present a portfolio of digital design client work that demonstrates an ability to absorb, interpret, and apply client creative briefs and internal direction. + Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for clean, structured design. + Strong typography skills, understanding of color theory. + Demonstrated understanding of how to best leverage photography and illustration to enhance design. + Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud required. + Fluency in Sketch and AEM is a plus. + Should thrive in a collaborative environment and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Baseline understanding of Financial Services domain markets is a plus, including insurance, banking, or investments. + Ability to work under tight deadlines and adhere to strict design standards. **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
