**Job Purpose and Impact** FSQR Intern (Lab) is responsible to assist Lab Development Lead and Chemist on method development projects, laboratory optimization and modernization, and studies for both wet and instrument analysis. He/She will also assist to monitor and implement Cargill Good Lab Practice (GLP) requirement and to make sure all analysis, apparatus and procedures align with it. **Key Accountabilities** 40% - Assist Lab Development Lead and Chemist on studies for both wet and instrument analysis. 30% - Assist Chemist on Cargill Good Lab Practice (GLP) requirement and to make sure all analysis, apparatus and procedure align with it. 10% - Involve in method development, lab optimization, and modernization projects. 10% - Participate in external and in-house training including, but not limited to, safety training, FSQR training, and on-job training. 10% - Maintain and improve laboratory cleanliness and safety. **Qualifications** Minimum Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Science – Chemistry or in a related field. • Able to work independently and communicate effectively.
