Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Technician – Help Us Deliver Safe, High-Quality Food Every Day!

Are you passionate about food safety, detail-oriented, and ready to be on the front lines of quality assurance? Join our team as an FSQA Technician and play a vital role in ensuring our food products are safe, consistent, and meet all regulatory standards. In this hands-on role, your work will directly impact the quality of the meals we deliver every day.

What You’ll Do:

Support the FSQA team in daily food safety and quality operations, including:

Perform routine food safety inspections and GMP audits throughout the facility Conduct allergen tests, Listeria testing, and raw material sampling Verify product weight and temperature on the production line Assist with monthly inspections for glass, brittle plastic, and sanitation standards Calibrate instruments and ensure proper functioning of quality testing equipment Collect retained samples and maintain sample logs Translate policies and procedures for team understanding File, organize, and maintain FSQA documentation and records Support training efforts on GMPs, food safety, and hygiene practices

What You Bring to the Table:

Education & Certifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, or a related field preferred HACCP and ServSafe certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Experience & Skills

Experience working in food safety, QA/QC, or food production preferred Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations (FDA/USDA) Basic lab experience and knowledge of food safety testing methods Comfortable using computers and electronic record-keeping systems Strong communication skills; Spanish language skills a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Team player with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
